English Result Pre-intermediate MultiROM

The English Result Pre-intermediate MultiROM contains both audio and interactive resources. It is designed to work in a normal audio CD player and a computer. To listen to the audio using a CD player, use the disk as a normal audio CD.
To use the interactive content, follow the instructions in 2 below.

1. MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

* Pentium II
* 400 MHz processor
* Windows 2000, XP, Vista
* 64 MB free RAM available
* 24x CD-ROM drive speed
* Web browser (recommended: Internet Explorer 5+, Netscape 6+, Mozilla 1.1+). Flash plug-in version 7 or higher (Flash plug-in available from www.macromedia.com). Adobe Acrobat plug-in version 5 or higher (available from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html).
* 800 x 600 screen resolution displaying 32-bit colour (1024 x 768 resolution recommended)
* Sound Blaster compatible sound card
* Mouse
* Headphones or speakers

NOTE: whilst this MultiROM has been tested on Debian-based 'LinEx' and 'Guadalinex', it has had limited testing on other Linux-based distributions and may not be fully compatible with every version/distribution available.
2. RUNNING THE APPLICATION
PC
* Insert the English Result Pre-intermediate MultiROM disk into your CD-ROM drive.
* If the disk does not start automatically, navigate to the contents of the disk and click on start_here.htm.
* The application should now start.
Mac
* Insert the English Result Pre-intermediate MultiROM disk into your CD-ROM drive.
* Navigate to the contents of the disk and click on start_here.htm.
* The application should now start.
Linux
* Insert the English Result Pre-intermediate MultiROM disk into your CD-ROM drive.
* Navigate to the contents of the disk and click on start_here.htm.
* The application should now start.
3. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
If you experience any problems with the English Result Pre-intermediate MultiROM, please check that your machine matches or exceeds the minimum system requirements in point 1 above and that you are following the steps outlined in point 2 above.
If these do not help, do the following:
